Policy

Standard shipping is free on orders placed through the official BYPOLAR website unless a different charge is clearly shown during checkout.

We currently deliver within India only. International shipping is not available at this time.

• Orders are generally processed and handed to the courier within one business day.
• Orders are processed from Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.
• Most shipments arrive within 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination and courier network.
• Remote locations, severe weather, public disruptions or other circumstances outside our control may require additional time.

Once your order is dispatched, we will send a confirmation containing the courier name and tracking number to the contact details provided with the order.

Tracking information can take up to 24 hours to become active after dispatch.

• Please enter a complete address, correct PIN code and reachable phone number when ordering.
• Orders for different delivery addresses must be placed separately.
• Inspect the outer package before accepting it. If it is visibly opened, crushed or tampered with, refuse delivery or record the condition with photographs before opening.
• Report transit damage within 48 hours of delivery under our Return and Replacement Policy.

Before dispatch

You may request cancellation before the order is dispatched by emailing us with your order number. If approved, prepaid amounts are returned to the original payment method, generally within 5–7 business days after processing.

After dispatch

If the shipment has already left our facility, cancellation may no longer be possible. You may refuse delivery. Any eligible refund will be initiated after the unopened shipment is returned and inspected.

After delivery

Once delivered, the order is governed by our Return and Replacement Policy.
